Our air-filled designs can last for several weeks if kept indoors, while our high-quality helium balloons generally float for 2 to 5 days depending on the environment and treatment.
Do you offer same-day delivery for local orders?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 11:00 AM local time, provided the requested items are currently in stock.
Can I customize the colors and themes of my balloon bouquet?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom designs. You can select specific color palettes and themes during the checkout process or contact our design team for a bespoke creation.
What is your policy on returns and cancellations?
Since our arrangements are custom-made and perishable, we do not accept returns. However, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund.
Are your balloons environmentally friendly?
We prioritize sustainability by using 100% natural, biodegradable latex balloons harvested from rubber trees, and we strictly follow 'Pin it and Bin it' disposal practices.
How should I store my balloons before an event?
Balloons should be kept in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, sharp objects, and extreme temperature changes to prevent premature popping or deflation.
