At Balloons by Jolie, we want your celebrations to be perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom decor or accessories, you may return them within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the items to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all items are unused, uninflated, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship Back to Jolie

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
